Yes that would be Cailyn's first tooth in the back!! I think it is molar but John thinks it may be a different tooth. We only waited 15 months and 6 days for it now the rest can start coming in.

Wow! Way to go Cailyn! This poor girl is going to get all her teeth at once! I like the picture too, because now I know what to look for. You can see the swollen gums where each tooth will come in!
